HKBU Symphony Orchestra Annual Gala Concert 2024
This year’s HKBU Annual Gala Concert will be held on 19 & 20 April at HKBU Academic Community Hall. We are delighted to present Gala Concert themed “East-West Encounters”. The Concert opens with a Chinese melody that travels first from China to France and then the rest of Europe, paying homage to the rich history of cultural exchange between China and the West. Renowned violinist, Ms YAO Jue, will grace us with her rendition of “The Butterfly Lovers”, a musical piece with cultural significance. We will also incorporate cutting-edge technology to push the boundaries of human imagination in the arts and cultural sphere, elevating the viewing experience for all concertgoers.
