At HKBU, we are committed to offering professional multimedia production services. We aim to create compelling video content for various university departments to build a distinctive campus profile, promote the HKBU brand, and effectively communicate the university's message.

Our video production services align with the university's brand strategy, transforming concepts into vivid visual narratives that captivate the audience's attention. The video production portfolio encompasses departmental videos, interview features, training modules, and presentations. In addition to videography, our photography services cover event highlights, portraits, and product photography. We also provide image retouching and production consultation to ensure the work achieves the desired publicity effects.

To submit a request, please complete the Multimedia Production Request Form with information of the shooting requests and video production requirements. Our team will collaborate with you to craft engaging photos and videos that resonate with HKBU's mission and vision.

1. Please provide sufficient lead time and information for consideration. All job requests are to be processed within 5 working days.
2. Users are responsible for the COPYRIGHT issue of their requests. 
3. No part of this UEO production may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including translation, recording, or any information storage and retrieval system, WITHOUT the written permission from UEO. 
4. This service may incur charges. Please refer to the Charging Scheme for details. 
5. Photo finishing and video editing normally require at least 3 and 10 working days respectively to be completed. The actual time required for a job varies depending on the amount of work to be done and available facilities. 
6. The multimedia storage has grown to the point where more stringent housekeeping is unavoidable. We kindly ask you to download and archive all deliverables within a month of their release. Deliverables released more than 1 month ago will be periodically removed to maintain a healthy buffer in our multimedia deliverable storage. 
7. Data collected in this form will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy Statement and Personal Information Collection Statement of the University. Please provide the personal data as requested and ensure that they are accurate.
