In June and July 2025, Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU) welcomed several delegations from the Chinese Mainland government, institutions and renowned academic institutions, engaging in a series of meaningful activities that deepened academic collaboration, cultural exchange, and professional sharing. These visits underscored HKBU’s distinguished role as an international academic hub. The delegations included Ningxia University on May 27, Anhui University on June 4, Suzhou City University on June 11, South China Agricultural University on June 23, the Zhuhai High-Tech Industrial Development Zone Management Committee on June 26, and South China Normal University on June 27. Each delegation participated in in-depth discussions with HKBU faculty and students, focusing on topics such as digital innovation, educational models, industrial collaboration, and cultural heritage, fostering a two-way exchange of knowledge and expertise. These activities not only strengthened ties between the Chinese Mainland and Hong Kong, China in education, research, and industry but also allowed visitors to gain a deeper understanding of Hong Kong’s diverse culture and HKBU’s educational beliefs.
