Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU) shows continuous improvement in performance in the newly announced QS World University Rankings by Subject 2026. HKBU was ranked in 26 subjects, up from 20 in the previous year. Among them 17 are newly ranked in the league, or seeing improved rankings compared to a year ago. The University has two subjects ranked among the top 50 in the world this year. They include “Classics and Ancient History” ranked at the 38th and listed in the league for the first time, and “Communication and Media Studies” ranked at the 48th, up from last year’s ranking of 51st to 100th. HKBU welcomes the ranking results.
