Hong Kong Baptist University’s “2025 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau GBA Pay and Benefits Survey” (the Survey) will release its results on 23 October 2025, presenting the latest trends in pay and benefits across the Greater Bay Area. A panel discussion will also be held the same day, where experts  involved in the Survey will examine and analyse the implications and impact of the findings in depth.

This year’s Survey also launched a new version of  “My AI Remuneration Consultant” system to help organisations conduct personalised compensation effectiveness assessments, providing authoritative market information to enterprises and public institutions to support data-driven talent decisions.
